Premier Letting - Our Long Term Property Rental Division

Our Rental Division was formed following increased demand from our clients, who were struggling to find a high quality letting agent for their long term rental and property management requirements. After thoroughly researching the Tenerife rental property market Portico Properties made the decision to launch our new Premier Letting Service.

What is Premier Letting?

Premier letting is a long term rental service in which we work to match responsible and reasonable owners of top quality properties with long term quality tenants, who will not only respect and look after our owners’ properties, but who are also in the financial position to make and maintain all necessary payments on time.

Who looks after me?

Portico Properties is a family owned and managed estate agency, who have been established here in Tenerife since 1987, with a refreshingly uncomplicated approach to all things property. Our aim is simple - to exceed the needs and expectations of our clients wherever possible. From the moment you speak to us you will notice that we are different. We really do want to, and can, help.

We work with our clients to maximise their investment opportunity and returns whilst at the same time offering high standard rental accomodation to tenants. We are able to guide them through the legal processes involved in the letting, and renting of properties. We don't just "do" the paper work, we actually care about our clients, their needs and their desires. It is no coincidence that a huge number of our first time clients return to us time after time when they are ready to re sell or upgrade their property, increase their portfolio, or enter the rentals market.

Our Residental Rental Consultant Martin Hillyer has over three years experience in the Tenerife rental market, including as a landlord of his own properties, plus further experience in the UK. Martin will personally deal with all aspects of the rental from finding the correct property, inventory, contracts and assistance through the tenancy.
